Summers did an excellent job replacing the damaged boards in our wood floor and getting them to match the rest of the floor, we cannot tell which boards have been replaced. Communication was very good and they were on time with the project, everyone was excellent to work with - highly recommend!!

Great job. This is the second time they have installed flooring for me, once at home in once in the office. Very pleased!

My partner and I purchased our first home together last year and splurged on having all new engineered hardwood from Summer’s Flooring installed throughout the home. Within about 6 months we started to notice the floors were discoloring and showing clear signs of premature deterioration.Upon inspection, Summer’s Flooring said they looked like 10 year old floors. In clear further acknowledgement of the premature deterioration, Summers attempted a deep clean on the floors which made no difference. The manufacturer of the flooring we purchased went out of business a year ago and Summers has refused to replace the flooring. I had the owners of two other local flooring companies assess the condition of the floors and spoke to the GM of the manufacturer - all agreed that the floors should not have aged this quickly and that the floors were clearly defective. The previous GM of the manufacturer also noted that the way in which Summers attempted to ‘repair’ our floors actually locked in the damage further. After spending almost $20k on these defective floors and the complete lack of support and consideration we have received from Summer’s Flooring, I obviously cannot recommend anyone purchase flooring from them.

We had such a wonderful experience with Summers, and specifically with Eric. We were recommended Summers from a family member who also had their wood floors replaced. The entire process was smooth and I particularly liked how communicative Eric was throughout the process. They have an incredible selection at every price point and are clearly very knowledgable. Would highly recommend!

This is a retraction of my recent review of Summers Flooring stating they had cancelled my contract. It was NOT Summers Flooring! I thought I was writing the review about Spectrum Builders. I am very sorry for the confusion. I have used Summers FLooring in the past and the job they did was close to perfect, and they entirely fulfilled their agreement with me. S Fox

We came to Summer's upon the recommendation of friends with whom they had laid floors. Michael came to our house and discussed the project. Right from the start we felt like partners. He had many great suggestions that were incorporated into the final plan. The wood was delivered 7 days before the start of the job. LeRoy and Jake (the install crew) were fast, efficient, and thorough. They met the challenges our house presented with creativity. They were always very thoughtful and considerate of us. Scott finished the floor. He had an eye for detail. Very knowledgeable. He worked with us as we were in and out with overnights. He was patient and Michael joined him for a day or 2 and also reinstalled the molding. Heath came to tuck the carpet. Again, fast, efficient, and very personable during his short stay. We are very please with the final result. The amazing craftmanship is the direct result of very skilled craftsmen taking pride in their work. And each one spoke of Summers as a great to work. "It's like family" was the phrase we heard most often. Kudos also to the people who hired these people.

I LOVE Summers Wood Floor Center! We have used them for years for all of our flooring needs both in our personal home and our rentals. They never disappoint! Professional, courteous, communicative, great products and family owned! Check them out!

Always do a fantastic job on our floors. We have used Summers for years at our home here in Bend and in Sisters previously.

We are extremely pleased with the hardwood floor which was recently installed in our home. The installation started and completed ahead of schedule and the craftmanship was beautfully done. The sales and installation team were very helpful and timely in providing responses to our questions. One of the installers phoned me to give me an update and even sent me an "in progress" photo. All in all, working with Summers was a very enjoyable experience.
